An extensive deep retrofit for a discerning client in the heart of Belgravia. Fine stone finishes were guaranteed against failure by our unique Screed Replacement Tile system, whilst a robust acoustic deadening detail was built in throughout the joisted upper floors featuring recycled woodfibre insulation to dampen impact sound. The timber finishes are warmed evenly and gently by the rigid aluminium heat diffusion plates, integral to our Ideal ECO heating panels.
