Originally two separate dwellings, combined in the early 1800’s with an elegant sweeping staircase connecting the two buildings. More recently the property was subject to a substantial renovation by David Chipperfield Architects to create an ideal home for an international family.
In 2017 Jupiter was commissioned by D.C.A. to design, supply and install the underfloor heating system throughout all 5 floors. Being a listed building working between the existing joists was imperative. And, as is expected with a project of this prestige, acoustically separated floors were critical.
