St Joseph’s Church proved to be an interesting project. Concerns were raised regarding the underfloor heating system’s ability to heat the entire church. JUPITER installed a screedless underfloor heating system to only the Nave (approximately half of the floor area), rather than the majority of the footprint incorporating the aisles as is commonplace. JUPITER installed a new three-phase Air Source Heat Pump to replace the ageing oil boiler and the reduced scope of the underfloor heating system has proven capable of heating the entire church building.
