Specified by the late Barry Goodman, a mechanical consultant specialising in churches, St Clement’s church was one of the very first churches to receive our unique dry-installed system: the Screed Replacement Tile. The EPS-40 system was specified owing to its capacity to produce a heat output of 150 W/m² – something that a traditional pipe in screed system simply can not without risking failure of the screeded floor.
