Our Process

Our project qualification process has been honed through many years of experience to provide a comprehensively considered response to your project’s requirements, whether you are an architect, a mechanical engineer or an end user.

Initial Enquiry

At the point of enquiry we ask that you send your floor plans through to us, either as a .pdf or ideally as an AutoCAD .dwg file. Having precise scaled drawings in front of us allows us to produce a very accurate quote from the outset. Once we have received a drawing we will make contact with you to establish your project’s requirements.


Once we have received your floor plans and with your project requirements in mind, we will produce a transparent and fully itemised quote. The quote is split into different sections that will list the specified underfloor heating system for each area, the type of manifolds and thermostats that are required, the load-bearing surface which is dependent on the floor build up and any additional items that may be needed e.g. insulation.


Once you have you received your quote please review it at your earliest convenience and let us know if anything requires clarification or if any amendments are required. If you are happy with the quote and would like to proceed then we will normally visit your site and meet with you to see the project first hand, meet your builder, plumber, electrician or any other interested party to resolve any outstanding questions.


After our quote and proposal is fully understood and accepted we will ask that you confirm intent to proceed in writing. A small deposit will become payable to secure a date in our installation calendar. If you are looking for our materials and design on a supply only basis then we will ask you to confirm delivery arrangements and ask for payment for the materials prior to their despatch.

Design, Supply and Installation

Once your order has been placed, we will begin work on our detailed pipework layout designs for your approval. We will liaise with you to ensure the date booked in our installation calendar remains appropriate and will reschedule to suit your programme. If you would prefer to use your own installer, then we can provide installation support over the phone and through our comprehensive installation guides. Our specialist underfloor heating installation tools are available to hire too.


We offer unparalleled support – read our reviews! As our systems are often not turned on for a long time after our installation has been completed, we offer a year’s free support for peace of mind should a problem arise. Our technical support over the phone has always been free and resolves the vast majority of problems experienced without the cost or hassle of a callout.
