We used Jupiter Underfloor Heating to install their underfloor heating system and screed replacement tiles in a new bathroom and a bedroom, and we couldn't be any happier with the result. This is a top-quality, state-of-the-art system (we did a lot of research beforehand!), and the Jupiter team provides a service that is next to none. The installation was extremely smooth and on time. Everyone is super professional and helpful, and the customer service/project management team is truly amazing - we felt very looked after throughout the whole process. I really can't recommend them enough!

If you are looking at an underfloor heating system, look no further. We had Jupiter (system not planet) installed in 2016 and have never looked back. Who cares that electricity costs more than diamonds and oil is not far behind, once you've had a Jupiter underfloor heating system installed you won't care. The staff are excellent and always happy to help. You never have to wait for automated anything, real life humans, with real life humour are always on the end of the phone. Can't fault this, we are delighted!

My main contact at Jupiter was Patrick, who was always very helpful, patient and knowledgeable right from our first contact. He understood straight away my needs and what is required from a technical side, taking into account conditions of my sub-floor and ceiling hight. Patrick helped me navigating through the entire project and even went an extra mile by liaising with timber floor installers and providers of wireless thermostats, making sure the best possible system functionality. His support was extremely valuable and also really pleasant and friendly. As for the product itself, it is without a doubt one of the best UFH systems on the market. The installation is quick, efficient and clean. The heating output is great even with the timber flooring and the rooms warm up quickly. I particularly enjoy a remote control functionality, as I travel a lot. It allows me to control a temperature in the house from anywhere and to create a warm and cozy atmosphere in the flat by the time of my arrival back home. I can’t recommend Jupiter’s UFH product and service highly enough. It’s definitely worth every penny.

Barn Conversion underfloor heating system supplied and fitted. During 2019 Jupiter Heating were heavily involved from start to finish with the planning installation and commission of the underfloor heating at our barn conversion. Throughout they assisted in planning problems relating to technical calculations and thermal values. During installation they were diligent in their work, communicative, informative, knowledgeable and always courteous. Aftersales communication has been excellent and to this day they are more than willing and able to discuss any slight worries I have. Jupiter's system is highly efficient and creates the perfect living environment and temperature to our home with the added advantage of precisely located heating elements using the heating panel system meaning a perfectly distributed heating pattern with no wall space being compromised with radiators.

Jupiter's hitherto reliable underfloor heating system didn't work when I turned it on last week. Luckily, I spoke to a senior project consultant at Jupiter who switched to WhatsApp and painstakingly had me check through the system from the boiler via the zone valves to the manifold and finally got the manifold going again. What a delight it has been to have Jupiter’s team working here. Your guys worked so fast, didn’t moan once about carrying everything to and from our house across the bridge (just about the first people never to have done so here!), they were helpful, informative and a real pleasure to have around. Unfortunately, we were unable to keep them topped up with teas and coffees and we were trying to keep our distance due to Covid, but they didn’t seem to mind that either.
